Rising Sun I came up with this idea as a background for a banner for my new blog site I’m working on. The concept is pretty simple: show the sun rising/setting at the appropriate times, show the moon in its current phase at night, and add a weather layer to show the weather in my current location. The Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange (PAE) is a part of the Statewide Adoption and Permanancy Network (SWAN). The website for PAE was completely redesigned recently to provide better tools for the users and provide more visibility of the children waiting to be adopted. (more…)
