I had created this site many years ago when I had my first smartphone.  I had a palm treo so the site was formatted specifically for the screen.  In recent years a lot of providers have created mobile portals but at the time there was a limited selection of stuff available.  I never really liked yahoo’s old mobile site either so I made my own.  The site used Yahoo Map API, Yahoo Weather API and Yahoo Local API.  I also used the Google API for web searches.
